Arsenio is looking for a girly-friend in time for Valentine's Day! He's looking for a girl with a basic design who can stand him put up with his nonsense deal with his issues. //shotdead again
I'll be somewhat picky. The owner must allow me/be able to;

• Draw ship art (I'll be doing most of this, so you don't have to)
• Write fluffy nonsense about them (Again, optional)
• RP them every now and then (Somewhat mandatory. I need to know how the relationship works!)

PM me or post on the thread, I don't mind. Just be sure to PM it to me if I don't respond in a matter of ten minutes, because I might not have seen it.
