You don't. ^^ It's only really the eye colour that has an effect.
But you should choose Shadow anyway because we're the best. ;D

There's no benefits other than eye colour, and some Flights are...better at getting dominance than others :B

When new members are accepted, the 'dominance' thing will change. Plus, some flights are just being strategic and waiting for the right time. ^^
