so there would be two people in the world who were connected

because everyone had a necklace around their necks and charms around it that signified their lives.

there would be one specific charm that dictated who they were to love, and they were always perfectly matched.

and then there would be the following characters :

Character One ;; the girl whose love died and so she no longer has any 'fulfillment' in her life; therefore the government wish to contain her and kill her in a humane manner, else she is heartbroken. little do they know she is a coward and honestly is much more afraid of death than anything else.

Character Two ;; the girl who loves character three more than anything else in the world, yet also feels obliged to love character four, a childhood friend. she is paired with four, though.

Character Three ;; the guy that's in love with two, but is paired with five.

character four ;; he's protective of two and loves her, but loves her so much that perhaps he'd be willing to give her up if she were happy.

character five ;; the jealous, envious girlfriend of three. she won't let any other girl get less than a foot close to him.

Okay, so since four people have expressed interest, I think I'll go ahead and make this a group RP.

So far, I have these characters in mind:
the class clown (that guy in the back of the class who doesn't care what anyone thinks of him, but people like him anyway)
the beauty queen (the gorgeous queen bee that everyone's proud to say they hate, but she's been different ever since her brother died in a car accident)
the ugly-duckling-turned-beautiful-swan (the teased girl who turned pretty over the summer; on a quest to get revenge on her tormentors by flirting with the boys and looking down her nose at the girls)
the skater boy (self-explanatory; a laid-back, easygoing guy who simply can't be bothered to care for anything)
the little princess (pampered all her life by her rich parents; a real daddy's little girl who can't live without approval)
the factoidologist (knows all kinds of useless trivia about everything under the sun, but his actual grades suffer from neglect)
the crazy cat-lady-to-be (owns a menagerie of animals that she loves to death, especially her cats; sweet and somewhat hyper)
the band geek (music is his life; plays a variety of instruments; can often be found composing a new song in his head)

There would be two parts to this RP: "before" and "after." See, I was thinking that, with all the different characters I've come up with, it would be interesting to see how they interacted with each other, and what better way to bring these unlikely people together than by stranding them in the middle of nowhere? No reception, no internet, no nothing except for what they brought with them. If you can come up with a better idea, by all means tell me, but what I have is that they were on a class field trip (by "class" I mean their entire grade of juniors) — hiking up a mountain and camping there for a few nights — when a bad storm separated them from everyone else.
The "before" would be the changes in their relationships that occurred shortly before the incident. The "after" would naturally be what they do after they've been separated. I have plans for the "before" to maximize drama, but the "after" would be up to you guys to decide where to take it. They would of course be focusing on surviving long enough to find a way back to the rest of their class, but the relationships and drama would also play a major role.

Here is what I have for the "before" (btw, this is subject to change):
the class clown finds the beauty queen in tears after school; this is the scene that inspired this entire idea
the crazy cat lady and her best friend, the factoidologist, have a falling-out (exactly what the argument is about will be up to the roleplayers, but a suggestion from me is to involve their possibly developing feelings for each other)
the ugly duckling decides that she will spite every girl who ever bullied her — which is a lot of people — by flirting with every boy in her grade (the class clown, the skater boy, the factoidologist, and the band geek included)
the skater boy and the little princess start an unlikely friendship (again, what they bond over is entirely up to the roleplayers, but an idea is that they share similar fears of disapproval)
the band geek decides that he doesn't know his good friend the ugly duckling anymore and instead grows closer to his more casual friends, the class clown and the skater boy

Forms will be minimal, but I'm going to ask you guys to include your character's feelings about all the other characters, and also to pick at least two potential love interests (or four, in the case of the ugly duckling). Homosexual and bisexual characters are allowed, but keep in mind that some people won't be interested in RPing anything other than heterosexual relationships.

Has anyone read The Secret Series by Pseudonymous Bosch? In one of his books, he refers to Max-Ernest as a factoidologist, so that's where I got the term. Only, the one in this RP is more chill and smart and brilliant even though he doesn't care about his schoolwork, if you didn't get the vibe from the short description.

Oh yeah, that reminds me, I reallyreallyreally want to start an rp and I"m super excited and I will love anyone who joins to death.
It's based on my story Assassin's Blood, but with a different plot. Same world, different story. Kind of.
Basically there is an assassin group called the Seekers. The Seekers are made up of mostly teenagers, from the years 13 to 20. Some, the leaders, are older, but we'll be playing mainly teenagers. The Seekers have abilities, they were basically stolen from their families when they were children, some quite recently however, and they are trained in these schools to become trained assassins. They can also manipulate the elements, the Seekers have mastered Chi, which is the energy inside all humans, the energy of the earth, ect, so they can earth bend, water bend, ect.
Then there are the evil assassins, the Pathfinders. The Pathfinders and the Seekers have been fighting for hundreds of years. The Pathfinders basically murder a child's parents and torture them until they are emotionless, caring only for the Pathfinders, and they also take this drug called Ubilitsa, which enhances their abilities and their anger, but it takes away emotion such as love and regret. Mindless killing machines.
So this rp will take place in that world, we'll start out in a Seeker school learning cool assassin stuff and the rp will take place there for a little bit but then I'll get into the plot line and we'll go on missions and a bunch of other cool stuff.
There are also mythological creatures. The Atlantians are real as well as the Lunarum (werewolves) and Vampires (which are basically people with a demon and a human parent) and demons and a few others.
I've been wanting to do this rp for such a long time but it never quite took off so I will pretty much adore anyone who joins.

For example, let's say six people are interested in this rp. There will be ten character options, very vague, just the basics provided which is pretty much, they're depressed and self harm, or they have speech problems, or they are incredibly OCD. Just random problems or flaws or characters that aren't often played and they are dealt out randomly to people who are going to join.
Just a chance to play a character that you wouldn't normally play, I suppose. Only a bit more random.
