I agree with the dialogue X,D I love Cyberverse but there's a lot of repetition and just random moments in the dialogue. I'm a few episodes behind, I've been watching G1

Speaking of G1, in one episode where Megatron cheats against Optimus in a showdown there's multiple cuts to Starscream talking to Skywarp and then it's Skywarp's turn to talk and suddenly he's Starscream colored X,D I know there's a lot of animation flaws but that one was pretty funny to me

Haha those always make me laugh!
Also, did you know that animation errors/plot holes/etc are all CANON? Not just in G1, but every continuity! Apparently because of Unicron's death it created a multiversal singularity. Transformers is crazy (but that's why we love it)

I've not even seen Cyberverse and I've already decided I hate it, I've seen clips and pictures and rad people's thoughts, what were they thinking. XD Making Soundwave dance made me grimace so bad, and apparently Shockwave high-fives Bee? What the heck? Who wrote this. XD

Out of curiosity, how many of you guys here know/remember the universal greeting from the G1 movie?

Cyberverse definitly has a lot of problems, especially with the dialouge and unconvincing voice actors, but I think all the backstory we're getting cool, we get to see quite a few characters, and honestly I really like the Maccadms episode because dancing Soundwave (sorry Myth but I loved that bit), but also it emphasized that it wasn't just Optimus and Megatron's relationship that was broken but a lot of friendships were destroyed because of the war and I liked that.
Totally not saying you shoud like it, it's not the best, but so far I'm enjoying it.
But I need to at least try to watch G1, seriously despite all the techinical errors XD

It seems like I saw it on Pinterest a few times. Does it have a direct translation or does it just generally mean "hi"?

(Also when you said Chromia needs lines Rookie, my artist brain immediatly went "but her lineart looks fine"? XD)

I think it's a non-threatening, peaceful, general greeting. XD And it got me thinking.. if that's what their 'hello' sounds like, imagine how long it'd take to say whole sentences or longer words. x_x I doubt Cybertronian works that way, but still.. wowzers. I long for the day when I can use it in a RP or art or something. XD

Maybe they're like Ents and because they live basically forever their language is super complex and takes a painstakingly long time to say anything
