I'm doing mine this fall during the harvest moon.It feels like that would be the right time to do it.What do you guys think?

@ Doctor! Really...? : If you want to learn about Wicca, I would recomend getting some books if you're able. I bought two on my Kindle: Wicca for Beginners: Fundamentals of Philosophy & Practice by Thea Sabin and Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham. They've really helped me a lot.

Yes most of the simplier spells will work almost on command, but the more challenging spells might take a while.
