I don't know about Black butler, but it might be. I wish there was a second season of Ouran also. It's too cute. ^.^ Though, I'm really looking forward to the live action.

I legit had no clue they were making a live action. They best be getting good people for this or I'm gonna throw down. You knwo if it's gonna be English subbed, or straight English?

It's a Japanese live action, so Japanese but with English subs. I've seen some other dramas that the guy playing Tamaki has been in, so it's gonna be amazing!

I'm not that such, but they'll probably only do some of the stuff from the manga.

Ah, I see. I had thought it might be a bit more of a production if they were doing the whole thing. That'd be a little pointless though, seeing as there's already a whole show made for it. x3 That made no sense.

As for the drama, there is no trailer, per say, but there is a page on the DramaWiki, as well as a cast interview on YouTube. There is also an article on the TBS website (the Japanese TBS...). Judging by most dramas, this will likely be from 10-15 episodes. It seems rare for dramas to be any more or less.
