Helena and Mama, yep that's what I was thinking too! Definitely Vampires Will Never Hurt You, and Welcome to the Black Parade could work too with the whole death/skeleton concept.

Outside of MCR, I 100% say The Bird and the Worm by the Used. I listened to it a few times for Halloween yesterday
