Thinking about making an adopts group on DA, starting off with the showcasing of this old species of mine KAI.


I think they are pretty cute and cool c: would anyone like to adopt one of these guys/ think an adopt group with other species would be cool?

How do you feel about people selling/trading characters (that they didn't design) with rules on them (ex: can't sell or trade unless to them, have to offer back to them first, etc.)?

Well I know this has been a lot of discussion and what not, but there so much to notice about this
For example if it's a custom they should have some rights over it, I mean after all it was made for them intelectual speaking they contributed to it, so therefore they should have some rights.

Now what are characters? Are they items, things or something else?

If you sell an apple, you won't come asking that if they resell the apple they should come at you first.
Haha that's silly.
Though if you sell a kitty there are probabilities you can ask this, though does not always happens.

So well it's more on a thing that if seller and buyer accept, it's more like a contract I would say.
What's not fair is to make this claim after just to get the character later on.
