I've seen a few custom made ones on Etsy and Ebay from time to time, you might look there.

Yep, I got it off of etsy I think the lady who made it had a username of cossky or something along those lines, but yeah she does all sorts of cool stuff like a Black Parade jacket (want that one next). Just pick a design, tell her your measurements, and you're good to go!
