CAAA v. 13 - Closed for business. xD

Christmas is coming!
And with Christmas, comes a new CAAA event!
Please, welcome to the table: The 25 Days of Christmas!
This will be based on the 12 days of Christmas song!

We are still hammering out the details, but we have two options, and I would love to get you guys on on the decisions about what you want to personally see in this event!
Option one:

you have 12 or so artists, and each artist makes a lineart based on the 12 days of Christmas song. (They would be assigned a number) and so each day, a new line art pops up, and one slot is open for each day of Christmas for all the linearts before it as well. That way, each artist only does 25 color ins- one a day- so that they donot have to feel overworked.

Option two:

all the volunteers make linearts based off the 12 days of Christmas song. Each day, someone would post their linearts, and have as many slots as the song dictates (two turtle doves has two slots, three French hens have three slots and so on.) and they fill in all their slots that day.

Or, if you guys are interested, we can do a mixture of both! (Option 3)

Each volunteer is assigned a number, and they make a lineart based off that day in the Christmas song. Each artist reserves a post, and on their assigned day, they release the lineart they prepared. Every day, a new lineart is released, but one slot is only open per day for open linearts. But- the catch is we will be doing the count backwards, so whoever has a partridge in a pear tree will do 25 color ins by the time the event is over, and two turtledoves will do 24, three French hens will have 23, and so on.

But please remember :: We don't want all canine linearts. Feline linearts, Kia linearts, JBD linearts, and any species lineart is very much encouraged.

So, if you'd be interested to volunteer, or put your input in to which you would like to see most, then please pm me this little form and by November 20, I'll Pm all the volunteers, telling them the group consensus asking if they still want to be a part of it, and hopefully by November 24, I'll start setting up the thread and get people to start reserving posts on the thread for their number.

I would like to clear something up- I know I called the song the 25 days of Christmas, but it's really only 12, so out of everyone who signs up, there will be 12 people (of who agreed with the chosen option and work best to suit the needs of the thread) but they will be making one color in a day, up until the day of Christmas (25th of December)

Are any of your characters themed off of something? [tv show, book, video game, ect] If so, who?

Oh gosh. ^^; I have a real bad habit of basing my characters of certain some things. Usually I don't notice until afterwards.

Chidori was heavily influenced by my own character, Zack, and Sasuke from Naruto. x3 The needles he uses as his weapons were an idea I got from the TV show, Dexter. Dexter would inject his victims to knock them unconscious for a little bit.

Vincent didn't start out human at first. He was originally some monster. I was trying to make a new species and I just used him to identify the species with. I actually forget how I came up with the whole idea. Some show where the monsters had human firms and they were trying to fit in with humans. It was interesting, so I was trying to put my on spin on it.
But I lost motivation for it so I stopped.
After I brought Vincent back, his character was heavily based off the main villain from season six of Dexter, Travis Marshall. The guy was trying to bring about the rapture and believed he was a prophet and was, in short, insane.
Don't get me wrong, Vincent's no religious freak. He's messed up alright. But that's not why he believes himself to be an angel or anything.

I based Muzai off Izaya Orihara from Durarara!! Though after writing for him and role-playing with him, he fleshed out his own personality. He seems like a cross between Izaya and the Undertaker from Black Butler at times. But funnily enough, I think it's his brother, Dante, who became more like Izaya.

Those three are my most influenced characters I believe.

Do your characters have generally the same eye color, with mostly one color and a few with different colors, or do your character's eye ranges go everywhere?

A lot of my characters have the same color eyes, yeah. I'm guilty for using too much blue, green, and red. I think the only odd ones out are my characters with pink, purple, and brown eyes. I think I have one or two with purple, three with pink, and a few with brown.

Do your have more of one species than any other?

I used to have a helluva lot of canines. They were the only things I could really draw, so it was always canines. I had a few felines, but it was always canines.

Recently though, I've been practicing drawing humans and other humanoids. And I've been creating lots of humanoid characters. I'm very up to my neck in vampire characters. (No pun intended.)
They aren't your stereotypical vampires nor are they your Twilight vampires. If I ever stop being lazy and work on my character site, they'll be better explained there.

But yeah, vampys yo. :3 Though I still think I have more canines than anything. ¬¬; Hehe..

I have a question xD
So, I often meet people who can design, but use linearts because they have a bit of trouble drawing. However, I find myself being the opposite of that. I was wondering if I opened a shop where I drew the lines/sketches of what you wanted, then you would go ahead and design however you want, would anyone be interested? The price would only be a rat of any day/year/rarity. C:
