Hmm, there is one I know. It's a bit like a speedpaint-thing. The only catch is that the layers are a pack you have to buy, sadly.
Also, dang that fusion would be epic xD

I know an app called Autodesk x or something like that, its pretty good! But you can only have 3 layers
