Now that my life/college has calmed down a little, I can really start getting back into plumies, and since I don't really have any plans to try out for more plumies (though I will admit to some moments of weakness during the advent calendar) I'd like to start helping people win their first plumies! Now while I'm not much help with art, I can do form reviews and help out with concepts and ideas! To do that, I've reopened my review thread with some new rules and special slots just for non-owners!

Ashley; because he works for the FBI, something really complicated and probably numerically based
Davin; something related to plants, no doubt
Nimue; something related to ocean life; maybe a dolphin pun????
Blaire; similar to Ashley, he's an FBI agent so something harder than the norm

Where does your plumie live? Describe their home/room?
Ashley; lives in Chicago, IL in a pretty well to-do apartment complex with a couple extra rooms, an office, a room for his cats. It's nicely decorated because he has a pretty good fashion sense and that lends itself to interior decorating
Davin; lives in Pullman, WA in a nice little house that's absolutely full of plants. Has an extra room he uses as a laboratory. Floor is always covered with dog toys thanks to Thistle
Nimue; lives on a sailboat somewhere out on the ocean. He loves his sailboat. It's big enough for him and has plenty of room belowdeck which is where he keeps his laboratory and his studies
Blaire; lives in Chicago, IL in the same complex as Ashley because he insisted. Blaire's place is pretty bare since he just moved in and came straight out of the Academy; it came furnished so it's not to his taste rn

Ashley; no. maybe a lover, even a very serious one, but he considers marriage too dangerous what with the ties connected to his real name and he would never subject children to his schedule
Davin; there's a possibility, but like Ashley he would probably prefer a spouse over any kids
Nimue; very unlikely. his heart belongs to the sea and no man or woman could ever overcome his adoration for that
Blaire; no no no. he's terrified of children and never wants any of his own. he has a guilty hope of finding someone to 'settle' down with but his job is more important to him than a spouse so

I am looking to get a couple roleplays for Nimue! I am semi-lit (so two to three paragraphs per reply), I roleplay solely on CS sorry :c I prefer threads but can tolerate PM though I am notably more liable to forget I haven't replied with those ^^" I like to think I'm super friendly to talk to outside the rp too c:

Nimue lives on a sailboat. this makes him a tad trickier because if he's not on the ocean he's crying and looking dreamily at the ocean. however he spends a great deal of his time on Portugal's beaches visiting his mother dearest in Viana do Castelo. also he works with the FBI transporting people, whether they're agents/hiding out from bad guys/bad guys going to jail/whatever. we could rig something up with this too

Nim has always loved the sea. His mother used to joke around with him when he was a child and tell him he reminded her of the sea in his actions alone; how mercurial he is, how he is just as likely to give to someone as he is to take something away. He's independent and perfectly fine being left alone for months at a time; he's creative and thoughtful and a skilled painter, and he takes great joy in drawing the creatures and plants he finds on his dives. He's romantic in the sense that he sees true beauty in the ocean and not that he's particularly interesting in dating. In fact, Nim often runs into problems the few times he's agreed to a date, as he yearns for the sea when he's on the land like he's missing an arm. He's explained before that it feels like a phantom pain, like he's missing a piece of himself if his feet are on solid land, but only those who have experienced the ocean can understand what he means.

He finds great joy in exploring the ocean and finding new things, new creatures, new breeds, new plants. He loves being the first to publish a document on a type of hybrid coral no one has ever seen before and stamping his name on something. Both his surnames stem from his mother and so he likes mailing her a copy of the science journals when his work is published, a new kind of brain coral named the abano fuentes. He's somewhat difficult to get along with as mostly his thoughts are consumed by the sea and his studies but he is personable and he does his best to make friends when the situation calls for it; it is simply that often the situation does not. He has a hard time talking about something that doesn't involve the ocean or his sailboat or his bird.
