My only complaint with it is that the symbols don't copy into my google sheets doc :,( but that's really a me problem to solve lol. I almost exclusively do WL treats anyway so I haven't checked it much yet.

I wonder if it would work to copy from the Live Player List, since that's already in a google doc?

Hmm, maybe! I'll try it when I get home from work tonight. Might end up being an issue of putting graphics into a sheet cell though which would probably mean making an extra column and copying them separately. I'll play around with it.

Came back from work today to 27 messages in my pm box XD
Just finished answering everybody/sending out treats. Man, everyone's stories are so nice this year. I'm having a blast!! Can't wait for more trick-or-treaters

i'm quite sick this year, but decided that I love this tradition a little too much to skip playing.. that being said, I really appreciate the new symbol system. makes things much easier, and takes the guessing out. although to be honest, I usually do WL only treats..

Ievery year previous, i've used a word document to track who i've visited and who has visited me, and the way i'll track it is to just remove the name from my list once our interaction is over.. but I see a lot of people mentioning google spreadsheets. is that an easier method? furthermore, since i'm allowing revisits this year, is it even necessary to track who visits me?

i'm also having some writers block when it comes to writing a treat and trick response story.. what do you guys think? will it be just as enjoyable if I don't use one at all, or should I just sit on it a little longer until I come up with something?

I really think it's preference for everyone which method they use to track. I personally think google sheets is super easy and have been using it for years because it lets you easily sort the list to put people you've already visited/already visited you at the bottom so that you can focus on whoever hasn't visited/been visited and also keep a record in case you're curious about your stats. ^^

As for the trick or treater greeter story, I think what matters most is your own health! Don't stress too much and expend too much energy on this, what is meant to be a totally fun game. ♥ This game is enjoyable on principle of the stories we see and treats we give and get, and anything beyond a trick-or-treater and a treat is just what others have the energy to do. If you are inspired, you can always change partway through, but just participating is enough. :)

honestly I agree, so thank you for confirming that (': I know I shouldn't worry so much, I just can't seem to help it. don't want anyone to be upset or disappointed when they visit my virtual house

Featured Users



Featured Users is a way for users to get noticed when they have their lights on. We will occasionally go through the list of users and randomly pick out 10 who have their lights on and post those 10 in a Featured Users.

You will still need to check the lights status of the users! Don't send them messages unless their lights are on. Their lights may be on at the time I post the list, but they may change their status before you see it, so always check.

Additionally, please do not quote/repost this if you are commenting on it.

hey, so I ended up writing a treat story, but i've run into a small issue...

for some reason, despite coding it correctly, when I send the treat message along with my trade, the text is normal sized instead of 80 - the size i'm using right now. it bothers me for purely aesthetic reasons (': wondering if anyone knows what i'm doing wrong?

i've tried putting it in a quote box, but that made the text impossible to read.. so that's a no go. any suggestions? i've seen people's trade messages come through in small font, so I know it can be done
