Not beacuase it would segragate people by how much they were wikking to do but because ike others say its not about what you recieve, its about how your much your reciever love their gift. Sometimes they would reply while other times they wouldn't. I really really want this character before I hold my character contest but I don't know what to do. I really love the artist and they are a great person so I don't want to make them angry or anything...
