Actually, if you think of pokemon as people, then you were already dealing in slaves. After all, you have them help around the farm, they can stay in pokeballs, you can trade them and release them, and sell them to other users already. Some are just there to look pretty while others are expected to work and battle. (My poor Alakazam is a DW slave, killing and dragging in the Gastly and Cubone :( But he seems to enjoy it, so apparently I am a nice slave driver as long as he does his job XD)

So going by this logic, you are already dealing with the world of slaves. Selling them to the Orre region, probably to be turned shadow for coins at a game of chance, is probably more related to a slave driver having a gambling problem than getting into slave trades.

So Pokemon is teaching us to be a bunch of slave drivers... wow xD
