I gotta agree w the idea that it's allura in different clothes, it looks too similar to her (if it was her mother like some are saying, I think they would have made the differences a little more distinct?) but gosh, I would love to see a dnd episode. that'd be a really cool concept to explore ahh!!! bnha also did a dnd/fantasy au kind of concept thank you animators everywhere
