Sheridan; yes, though when I moved out I had stopped for a while. I love spicy stuffing the most.
Ari; I always celebrate thanksgiving. I enjoy eating the rolls with cranberry sauce on them.

How did when you won your first plumie::
I screeched with joy, though I felt like I already knew I would win.

What do you think about the Non-owner November? Did you like it? Do you think it would be a good idea to do it again next November?
I think it was a great idea and totally should be done again! I feel it brought out some new faces and really sparked up activity in the fanclub. I also feel it was a great way to get non-owners to participate in an event and make some friends! I always feel bad when there's someone saying they can't do something because they don't have a plumie. But I feel this idea really solved that issue ouo

So I have a quick question that I'm done with my GA plumies! On two of the plumes, I allowed bigger contests, and I did NFLB (No Form Left Behind): 371 and 385.
I do this kind of thing all the time on Parrapups, but I would like some more feedback on it from a bigger fanbase, SO if you like it I would love to get support, but if you have a problem with it, maybe give me suggestions? I'm thinking of adding to forms a part where form posters can choose if they want feedback or not in NFLB. That way people can enter big contests and not get feedback if they are uncomfortable with getting it.

No Form Left Behind was inspired when I lost quite a few huge contests and I felt upset that I wasn't even allowed feedback because it was too stressful on artists. However, I don't think some artists realize how much more stressful it is to wait on very long judging but then lose without anything. (No this wasn't in plumerians for me) And that one time I did get feedback it was only "They had more." that didn't help me much. NFLB has artists and judges give feedback on every form as they read them. I have been given a lot of good comments on it and that users appreciate getting some help with forms. I always thought that judging forms and doing designs was kind of a hard gig for just one person to do, so on parrapups, I have another staff position of just judges. Of course many are a bit inactive, so I have an idea that each artist will be given power to hire their own mini set of staff, and they can give customs to their staff when they show me all that the staff member has done. It's hard to explain, but I want to get a bit of feedback on how I can make NFLB better. Eventually I would really love if more people used it, or just maybe had their own form of it. I've seen one other species use it I think, but it really helps!

NFLB has eliminated some Bias because the artist can't just call a winner without a good reason. Judges also can be handed the contest to give more opinion and that way if an artist feels biased, they can just hand it to a judge to do. NFLB has also helped new members get better on forms instead of digging until they figure it out!

Im sorry guys, I thought had been nothing but kind to this community but it turns out everyone else sees something else. I've tolerate the last hate message, I have never felt included despite trying what ever I can... including roleplaying and free art. I will keep my current plumies and roleplay with any who I currently do or have set up. I will not tolerate being hated just because I am a good artist, nor am I going to spend anymore time on a community that doesnt care.
