It probably could! I asked Lumpin and she bumped it up to 5 from 3. Though I do believe that's a good enough number owo

Okay. Well in short, no most likely not.
They went from 3 to 5 which is good enough.

However this is really why; people may hoard JMDs which is unfair to many other people who only have one or none.
This is also a problem because if someone does not take care of their JMDs then boom homeless JMDs... everywhere.
The increase would also up the JMD population & demands for customs this has already became a problem with just a limit of 5 .-.
