Oddly our Nordic run coincides with me checking out a book on Norse Mythology. Therefore I bring you some theories.

Odin = Norway (Would he not look badarse with one eye and two ravens? I think he would. Plus, he uses girly magic.)
Freyr = France (*cough* Apparently there is a statue of him with a giant phallus. God of Fertility goooo!)
Hel = Belarus (This would just look so cool. ;_; Half of her face is living, half of her face is dead)
Balder = Russia (He's killed by Loki (Well, techincally Hod, but Hod is blind and Loki was the one to guide his hand), and Hel holds him captive to try to get him to marry her.)
Loki = Prussia (I don't know how to describe this...it just seems perfect to me...Mischevious, slightly evil at times (Okay, a lot evil at times), awesome? Check!)

I think this parody is more distrubing than it needs to be.

I was looking up Frédéric Chopin's profile on Wiki today form my term paper for Music Appreciation. In quoting text, it said this.
"He's more Polish than Poland."
And immidiate image of Chopin wearing a schoolgirl uniform came to mind.
