hey there. my user is prospecte, and i am currently a non owner. i hope to at some point own a male plumerian i can really connect with. i've never really had interest in the adopts, but as of recent i've decided i would like to own one, and one only that i can pay plenty of attention to and draw often.

Now that my life/college has calmed down a little, I can really start getting back into plumies, and since I don't really have any plans to try out for more plumies (though I will admit to some moments of weakness during the advent calendar) I'd like to start helping people win their first plumies! Now while I'm not much help with art, I can do form reviews and help out with concepts and ideas! To do that, I've reopened my review thread with some new rules and special slots just for non-owners!

I am looking to get a couple roleplays for Blaire and Nimue! I am semi-lit (so two to three paragraphs per reply), I roleplay solely on CS sorry :c I prefer threads but can tolerate PM though I am notably more liable to forget I haven't replied with those ^^" I like to think I'm super friendly to talk to outside the rp too c:

because Blaire is an FBI agent I'm mostly looking for action-y rps; Blaire running into them on a mission, them being the mission, Blaire having to assassinate a close friend of theirs w/e. we can go a hundred different directions with this and that's precisely what makes it fun!!!

Nimue lives on a sailboat. this makes him a tad trickier because if he's not on the ocean he's crying and looking dreamily at the ocean. however he spends a great deal of his time on Portugal's beaches visiting his mother dearest in Viana do Castelo. also he works with the FBI transporting people, whether they're agents/hiding out from bad guys/bad guys going to jail/whatever. we could rig something up with this too

Blaire is well-known for his devil-may-care attitude and his random spurts of violence. He can be either incredibly aggressive or incredibly lazy, prone to curling up somewhere to take a nap when he gets too cold or tired of listening to someone talk. He doesn't like speaking to strangers and dislikes even more strangers speaking to him, mostly because he has little idea of how to speak with people nowadays. People from his age group and younger make him especially uncomfortable. Children are the quickest option to force him to flee from a situation because they terrify him. Blaire listens well but he will also choose to listen only to what makes sense to him; he's excellent in the field but this is because he splits his time between taking orders and figuring out the best way to proceed on the spot. It makes him a wonderful asset.

He has something of a temper that rears its head often. Blaire hates being talked down to or treated like a child; he hates people patting his head or pinching his cheeks. He can be almost explosively violent though he rarely allows it to be physical because he understands how dangerous he truly is. Blaire holds grudges for years but he can change his mind about someone if they give him a reason to. Due to this he's somewhat mercurial; he gets a strong first impression on someone and holds that against them but if they prove to him that they have potential he can flip-flop between hating someone and genuinely liking them. He has spurts of almost manic energy. He doesn't mind going in and yelling at Chief L if he thinks she's made the wrong call with someone and the Chief kind of likes that; Blaire is one of the only Agents that isn't afraid of her on principle.

Nim has always loved the sea. His mother used to joke around with him when he was a child and tell him he reminded her of the sea in his actions alone; how mercurial he is, how he is just as likely to give to someone as he is to take something away. He's independent and perfectly fine being left alone for months at a time; he's creative and thoughtful and a skilled painter, and he takes great joy in drawing the creatures and plants he finds on his dives. He's romantic in the sense that he sees true beauty in the ocean and not that he's particularly interesting in dating. In fact, Nim often runs into problems the few times he's agreed to a date, as he yearns for the sea when he's on the land like he's missing an arm. He's explained before that it feels like a phantom pain, like he's missing a piece of himself if his feet are on solid land, but only those who have experienced the ocean can understand what he means.

He finds great joy in exploring the ocean and finding new things, new creatures, new breeds, new plants. He loves being the first to publish a document on a type of hybrid coral no one has ever seen before and stamping his name on something. Both his surnames stem from his mother and so he likes mailing her a copy of the science journals when his work is published, a new kind of brain coral named the abano fuentes. He's somewhat difficult to get along with as mostly his thoughts are consumed by the sea and his studies but he is personable and he does his best to make friends when the situation calls for it; it is simply that often the situation does not. He has a hard time talking about something that doesn't involve the ocean or his sailboat or his bird.
