THE QUEST - Narakari At Work

I drew Artemus trail riding with his rider Tom. Artie is a western 'kari, so he can usually be found either wandering the riding paths or herding whatever livestock needs moving (he's not silly enough to try and herd cats tho )
He's taking it slow today because winter is coming and he doesn't want to get cold



As you can see, I still can't draw horses, people, or hats *facepalm*

Thank you! I must admit, I'm really happy with how this one turned out, Artemus was surprisingly easy to draw and he's such a pretty fellow (he was my custom)

I decided on a scene very early on in the taming process; Isì gaining Hysmine's trust a few days after their first encounter in the first task, where he nearly trampled her. Isì is in her forest spirit garb since they're in a forest to try and keep Hysmine feeling calm.

(Oh my god. I had lectures all day and then the sketch kept crashing my art program I nearly had a heart attack thank god it's finished, even if I did have to change my style of shading completely to keep it from crashing. Hope it looks alright! ;-;)

Well, I sadly wasn't as active as I wanted to be due to my internship but be assured I read every post and had a look at every entry. Guys, you are getting better and better! Everyone who won something, my honest congratulations for your prizes! They are hard-earned, so enjoy them the best you can!
Everyone else, be assured you where amazing as well! Sometimes it was a missing entry, sometimes a bit more time would have helped. But looking back to the first BTs, I can see a veeery clear rise of quality and entries here! Please, treat yourself a cookie for all that you have been able to create!
Last but not least, my humblest thanks to Yamaneko. You are awesome. You know that, but it needs to be said here and there.
