I'm kind of torn about a collar, because it would be awesome to be able to snatch any piggle up for adoption you want, but it kind of takes the fun out of winning them cx

I think the collar is great for short contests, particularly guessing, raffles or 'find a picture of __' competitions, where it's mainly luck, but I agree - it does seem unfair that you could work really hard on an impress me and then someone swoops in and says, 'Collar, I choose you!' and they get it and all your effort is just

worthless.
I think there should be rules about where you can use the collar and where not? Just an idea c:
