I've done 2 raids total since they've been put in, and only won one because it was a weak   Jolteon.

No Articuno, No Moltres, No Lugia.
Not enough people to raid and win.
Not enough time to get with the people who /do/ play.

I'm not going to end up with Legendaries at all.
Raids are the worst, honestly. Terrible way to bring legends in.

jeez, i haven't touched this game in so long.

my reasoning? even earlier this year when i lived in a city, i could barely catch anything. i ran out of pokeballs very quickly, and there was about 1 stop that was near enough for me to walk to, and i'm not old enough for a driver's license. i kept catching the same things (50 rattatas? no thank you) and nothing new would show. i gave up on the game before gen 2 came out, i got bored of it.

of course, around the time raids show, or at least the time i hear about them, i move to a town so small the border sign says:

"Welcome to the village of ________"

i have no chance in raids. there's one going on 'near' me as of now, which is really just outside of town, and i don't have my license. there are no pokemon near my house, and it doesn't matter since i have 5 regular pokeballs and that's it. there are no stops in this town, not even 1. there's 1 gym. there's no point in me playing in a situation like this. niantic ignores rural players, and i've recently become one.

idk, the game just isn't fun anymore. also, on the little menu where it shows where to find pokemon, the image is this creepy,

Welp apparently Kangaskhan is now available in europe. 45 select cities to be precise. And not a single city in the Baltics. Thanks for ignoring us again, Niantic.

Anyone else noticed that the raid bosses have the same glitches as the old gym problems? No warning before special attack, pokemon not fainting when it reaches 0hp, the game freezing but the timer still going...
Yesterday I failed at two tier2 raids because for the last 30 seconds it just would not registrate that the boss had no more hp. while my pokemon still fainted. Pretty dang angry at that. :')

And also: evading their attack, but still "dying", then "reviving" but you can't see your Pokemon anymore and you can only do quick attacks. -_- So annoying!
The bug that you can't catch the raid bosses with the very last Pokeball is also very, uhm, "nice". *cough*

I've done many raids and it was frustrating but at least I could do them. Most of the time we didn't have enough players and had to try again and again, but I have every Legendary at last.

Won't be able to catch Kangaskhan and Unown though... 45 cities in all of Europe, yeah, great, but still way too less millions of players. And I won't drive hours just to catch Pokemon, ugh! They should release them worldwide.

Hmm, I got a Kangaskhan. But it wasn't even in London (the capital), instead a random place?
The only reason I got any legendaries is because my brother spoofed me into the Chicago event while I was on holiday (guaranteed catch rate.)

They recently changed the radius for the Safari zone and added more cities:

Belfast, United Kingdom
Birmingham, United Kingdom
Cardiff, United Kingdom
Glasgow, United Kingdom
London, United Kingdom
Manchester, United Kingdom

I'm not a fan of spoofers at all though... well... congratz I guess?

the sad part is that Ive really been considering it an option. As that might as well be my only chance in ever getting legendaries and regionals. Well, that is unless niantic levels the playing field and actually gives us small-city-players a chance.. which seems pretty unlikely at this point :')

They could have at least done the event in every European capital city, but nah. Some countries just get nothing while the UK gets how many cities?

I play it way less. Even with the broken nearby system, it felt more playable, and I didnt feel at a serious disadvantage due to the country/size-of-city I live in. I actually think the game was becoming better all the time, until it hit the raid system. That was just a massive step backwards.

Now that I am away from home, I turn it on whenever I go on a walk. Which is about daily. But when Im at home, I play it maybe once a week or so. When at the beginning Id play several times every day.
