Really, the little dogs like chiwawas (sp?) and poodles are the bitey ones. Nobody cares because they're "little cute things". I like little dogs, of course, but I'm just saying. I was chased (read loudly followed) two blocks by a chiwawa! He didn't try to bite me, just barked a lot. Silly thing. I finally got fed up and ran at him, yelling "bark bark bark!" Silly thing almost stepped on his own back trying to get away!

Can I just say that statements like this don't help us in our fight to give pitties a better image? What good does it do for us to throw other breeds under the bus in an attempt to improve the image of our own breed of choice? Sorry, that kind of irks me.

Yes but it true.

I own a Pitbull/boxer and shes the most engergetic freindliest dog I know. Alot of people in my neighborhood decided to
judge her of her breed, which really ticks me off.

What you think about Dog fighting/abuse: I think it is crule and inhumain to make other living, breathing, thinking creatures kill each other for your enjoyment. Ya know what I say? Be the voice for them, because they want to defend themselves, but can't because they're too scared of you, *ssh*le. (All the 'you's' are for the people who dog fight. Any thing you like to say?: My uncle saved a pitbull puppy from being raised into murder, and I'm glad to say that Highdrough lived for thirteen happy, fun years, but sadly passed in early 2012.
