I swear i will get absol on pokemon shuffle, i just got so close on my 2nd attempt, and ill do it without waisting the great ball trying to get Illumise or the male version! i got so close just now with Audio as my mega,phanphy, Togepi and kangaskan, if i had 10 more coins and was able to get that extra time i will get it i just know it! and iam saving my great ball for her! I want that absol so badly, that and she will greatly help geting the mega sableeye iam up to with the campain. i just have to wait for 3 1/2 hours for my hearts to restock, anyone else have pokemon in the game they wont give up on till they get?

It took me a while to catch Absol myself, actually. You'll have a better time trying to defeat it if you have a mix of Fighting and Fairy going against it. I'm not sure how far you are, but your first Fighting type you come across should be Riolu, if I remember correctly.

Btw, has anyone caught the new Giratina special thing yet? I've come close, but not yet.

I went to the grand opening party for the Pokemon Boutique, a pop-up store for exclusive Pokemon merch. While the selection was tiny and a little underwhelming, one man made it worth the trip.

Junichi Masuda, the director of Gamefreak, the programmer of the Masuda Method, and the director of music of Pokemon, was there.

I used my Japanese skills for good and managed to get him to sign my 3DS!

Yeah, it's ridiculous. Seriously, I can see having to use items on the "boss" stages, and the special ones, but the rest of them? No, they shouldn't be a necessity.

Yep, I'm based in the US. I used to be in Japan for a while but now I'm back home. I wish I was still in Japan, the Pokemon Centers are putting out really cute merch.

Finally caught that dang Giratina. Only took me 24 levels to do so, but now I have my second legendary in my roster.

Congrats! Somehow I caught Giratina on Level 2...like, there goes my luck in this game for the rest of forever. XD Of course, I'm still gonna play more levels of it to hopefully get items and stuff though.

Oh, I restarted my Soul Silver and am doing a Normal type run-through. It sucks because all of the good Normal types aren't until later, so I'm stuck with just a Hoothoot and Rattata, lol.

I didn't like Rattata at the beginning, but I played Blue and Red many times and so I used it in my team later. After some time I started to like it.
