i like it but it's not my favourite song on blurryface. my fave blurryface song is probably polarize. the first twenty one pilots song i ever heard was migraine but stressed out was the first blurryface song i heard aha!!

i think that stressed out is a great song, and does still have that 'deeper meaning' in it despite being on the radio sometimes. a lot of members of the clique hate the song solely because it's too 'mainstream' or because it's played on the radio, which imo is a really bad reason to hate it.

i can still relate to and enjoy the song despite the fact it's getting some popularity. it's still a song tyler wrote and liked enough to put on the album, so i don't think we should shun it away just because it's on the radio sometimes. but of course everyone can have their own opinion on the lyrics and music.

oh, I completely agree. I think that tyler and josh wouldn't put anything on the record if it didn't mean a lot to them, and i'm definitely not trying to shun it for being on the radio. I think it's great that top is getting radio play.
but, personally, i chose my music on where I find meaning in it. I love top as a band because all of their songs, i've found some sort of meaning in. plus, ty's voice is just amazing. the thing about stressed out for me is that I don't find as much personal meaning, for me, in it as i do in other songs. i definitely don't hate the song. at certain points when i'm feeling a certain way, it actually hits on my favorites list. and, man is it fun to rap.

anyways.

Hmm I disagree. But I wouldnt be able to pick the best one . I enjoy them all. Honestly, I think the songs Not Today and Ride really hit home with me. And HeavyDirtySoul is just so darn catchy. And Tear in my heart proves my taste in music is your face. But Message Man was the first one I heard from the album.
Stressed out is really good too, reminds me of my brother and stuff. I practically shoved tøp in my family's face but they would never listened to them. Finally when they heard Stressed out a few times they got interested. So Stressed out is definitely good
bc of that. I also feel bad because I played doubt when I was hanging out with my brother when he was going through a break up and he got all sad. I can honestly say that each blurryface song has in someway been in major memories last year.

This is why I can't trust myself to make decisions

like i dont get why clique members whinge abt how they "hate all the popular songs" like?? stop being edgy lmao they're good songs and that's the reason why they're popular, you don't get band points for disliking directly on songs the boys worked hard on. just bc somethings released as a single doesnt mean its not good, theres a reason why!! theyre picked as singles!!

And to pertain to the topic at hand, I like the lyrics of Stressed Out, and the vocals, but the background music isn't my thing, personally. My favorite on the album is Message Man, and the first song I heard of theirs was Fairly Local, followed by Guns For Hands.
