Featured Users is a way for users to get noticed when they have their lights on. We will occasionally go through the list of users and randomly pick out 10 who have their lights on and post those 10 in a Featured Users.

You will still need to check the lights status of the users! Don't send them messages unless their lights are on. Their lights may be on at the time I post the list, but they may change their status before you see it, so always check.

Additionally, please do not quote/repost this if you are commenting on it.

Welcome to the Haunted House!

The LOLO team members got together this year and created a Haunted House for your trick or treaters! We're really excited to introduce this to all of you, its been in the works in the background for a while now. The Haunted House is a small side-game where you send your trick or treater in, and they receive a randomized encounter. They then return to you bearing gifts and candy! The Haunted House will be hosted here on the fanclub, but it will be run by all the LOLO team members.

This will give you the chance to get a little something extra each day, and its a way to see more dressups and writing by your fellow LOLO players! In addition to the Haunted House opening, we will also be accepting idea, writing, and dressup submissions to be used in the Haunted House, our goal is for the majority of encounters and dressups featured to be those submitted by the players, giving a wide range of possibilities when you enter the Haunted House, so you don't encounter the same one twice. And its a great way to show off your dressup and writing skills!

What should I do if someone sends me their trick-or-treater message but my lights aren't on?
I feel obligated to give a treat... What's your opinion? Do you think you have to give something when someone comes no matter what? Is it rude to politely PM them back saying that your lights are not on?

If someone sends you a trick or treater when your lights are off, you should PM a thread mod so they're aware of whomever did this and can handle it accordingly. It is compeltely understandable if you give them a trick instead of a treat.

I have a question about my pets costume. I'd like to join Lolo, but it's hard decorating a pet ^~^" and of course I make it worse because I had to choose a pet that's hard to decorate xD.

Soo... Ive sent a Lolo Moderator a pm as well and asked how I could improved, because I really like the main idea ^~^*

This is my pet!



I have NO bird costumes (don't even know if there are any) so I used the cape to make the back fin adm actual fins to make my bird look like a beautiful fish!

I don't remember when I joined or how I found lolo, but it's one of my favourite things from the cs community. For one, this is the closest I'll ever get to trick-or-treating since we don't really celebrate it here in aus :'). It's always been super fun and I enjoy seeing other people's creativity through their dress-ups or stories.
There was a time I accidentally left my lights on for a day or two and I got 40 trick or treaters. oops.




I don't usually send out many tricks, but I think this is the best trick response I have ever written

the door creaks open, but suddenly, it starts to rain…scrunchies? A small lion in a devil onesie pokes his head through the doorway with a mischievous smile.

Jace decided to dress up as the scariest thing he’s seen this year—vsco girls. Admittedly he didn’t have any over sized t-shirts or hydroflasks and wasn’t rather fond of tying his fur up in a scrunchie. Instead, he uses his devil onsies from last year in addition to his new accessories.

The little cub smugly stares at your confusion, taking a sip of his tea with a metal straw. “Well, save the turtles” he says, snickering in sksksksk and closes the door.

LOLO is one of my favorite things on CS. This is my third year playing, and I swear the creativity of the players just keeps getting better. I love reading everyone's stories and seeing how they've dressed up their Trick-or-Treaters. I also really enjoy seeing how other people handle giving out tricks and treats. (Great trick story @cerulean blue) When the worst thing I can think of that's happened is someone not responding to a PM, then I don't think there's any real negative to playing.

There was a time I accidentally left my lights on for a day or two and I got 40 trick or treaters. oops.

The first few days of LOLO I tend to turn my lights on when I'm awake and off when I go to bed just so I don't wake up to 50 messages. It's about a week into LOLO and I've already had about half the list visit me so far. I'm at the beginning of the list so I think that's why I get hit with a lot the first few days. After the first 3-4 days though, I tend to just leave them on all the time since messages taper off after that.
