@shsl furry It's quite easy to solo a Tier 1 raid, a Tier 2 raid is possible to solo, Tier 3 2-3 people is fine, Tier 4 probably 5-6 (7-8 if a Blissey or Snorlax!) No need for social interaction though lol - you automatically join a team of other people who used a pass.

ohhhh, nice!! i tried one the other day but there mustn't have been anyone else playing around. What's the deal with the password, though?

Uh...how are you people getting coins? I left two Pokemon in two different gyms yesterday and I still have 20 coins.

The new system is pretty lame.
You get coins once your pokemon is kicked out of the gym, depending on how long they were in there.
The rate is 1 coin per 10 minutes iirc, however they max out at 50 coins per all gyms, per day.

My Vaporeon just came back with 50 coins, now I see. I actually like this system better for coins because you can make more, just gotta wait a bit to get them.

I actually disagree. Before this system I was making a good 40-70 coins per day. Now I have pokemon in 3 gyms for almost 4 days now and I have made nothing from them. And if they all get beat up in a single day, Iļl only get 50 coins from it, as opposed to 30 every day..

@shsl furry I'm not sure x3 Apparently, under the 'START' button, there is a 'PRIVATE GROUP' button. Click that, and you can either join or make a group. You have to make/enter a password. As for the Pokemon in the top right corner? I have no idea.

the pokemon in the top right hand corner is the group code.. so if say we were friends, there was a TON of people there and we wanted make sure we were on the same team, we would make sure the pokemon in the top matched.. so if yours was bulb, bulb, bulb but mine was bulb, bulb, butterfree, one of us would need to go to create/join a private group and enter the other person's code so we would switch to that team

They've lowered it again, because I'm level 22 and I can participate now. I don't know what it's down to though

it is 20

levels 1 and 2 (pink eggs) can be completed solo - levels 3 and 4 (gold eggs) need 6-7 & 8 to 9 to beat

Just hatched my three eggs from December of last year XD got a Ponyta, Bellsprout, and Paras!

I've been so inactive in Pokemon Go. I need to remember to play more. At least I can walk down the street to get to a gym every other day.

To each his own. I can't walk anywhere by myself because of how my town is laid out, so I don't often stop at gyms. Having Pokemon get coins based on time is better for me.

Although I left two in a gym and they didn't bring me anything when they returned, so that sucks.

I'm tempted to get ready and drive to the downtown just to play, but I don't have anyone to go with me, and I feel like it's socially unacceptable to do that :|
