Introducing a Flox Roster!

I'll be updating the v2 marks at the end of every page or perhaps after every two pages, depending on the flow of traffic.

ANNOUNCEMENT 2/22/15
So with the release of FnK version 2, I've compiled a list of questions you guys might have! If you have anymore, please feel free to ask, but I can't guarantee an answer. ;) In case you do, please post it here! For the sake of this FAQ, V1 will refer to anything from FnK version 1 (floc lines, gems, etc.). V2 will refer to anything from VnK version 2 ("V2 lines" will refer to either still or animated lines unless otherwise stated).

Q: If my V1 floc goes through catharsis, will the new stage art be continued on v1 lines or v2 lines?
V1 flox will be transferred to V2 still lines (of the next stage) after catharsis.

Q: How can my v1 floc be transferred to V2 lines without going through catharsis?
V1 flox can be transferred to V2 lines through event prizes or a fee. V2 still lines (of the same stage as the V1 stage) can be transferred for 500 dA points or $5 and V2 animated lines can be transferred for 700 dA points (USD option still undecided). Should you decided to do this, you must contact Akami-chan at deviantART!

Q: What if I want my v2 still lines to be transferred to v2 animated lines?
You still need to either pay the fee or win an event prize pertaining to v2 animated lines.

Q: Will I still keep my gems and OG items from v1?
Yes.

Q: Will V1 lines be appearing again? Is it possible to get new flox on V1 lines?
No. V1 lines are retired forever. This means V1 will not show up in future events, USD, etc.

Q: Will game streams continue?
Akami-chan will no longer run game streams. However, winter and I will be running some game streams each week so members can win gems. You can no longer win flox or OG items, though. This is just a way so members can more easily obtain gems to put their floc through catharsis.

Q: Will streams still be random then?
We would like to have a set schedule, but we're afraid that would allow some members to join, but not others. So streams will continue to be announced as they were before (we may announce that there might be a game stream in a few hours, minutes, etc.). We will do our best to try to hold streams for members at opposite time zones. For future reference, I (fireflii) am in the CST time zone and winter is in the EST time zone.

Q: Will weekly themed games continue?
No. Weekly themed games will no longer be occurring.

Q: How will future litters be released?
Flox are now released through unique-based still lines on oekaki.

Q: Does this mean that flox are no longer on .fla/.psd/.png?
Animated lines are on .fla, and the oekaki lines also have a .psd version!

Q: What's happening with other threads (like the artist shop thread and the roleplay threads)?
You can still continue to use them as before. The artist shop thread is still run like before. The roleplay threads will no longer offer a weekly schedule of prizes or themes. However, should active pick back up, I would like to still hold prizes for using a bonus word. That being said, you do not need me to post in the thread if you would like to change the setting, etc. You can still hold private roleplays as well!

Q: If there is no max adoptions, what will happen to the key box item?
The key box's new purpose is for breeding! See the nursery here for more information.

Q: Will there be future events like the FSE (first strike event) and EOE (eyes open event)?
I'm not sure if there will be any more stages (that's not to say there won't be, I just plain don't know and haven't talked to Akami aout it yet), but there will definitely be more fun events!

Q: If key boxes were released during FSE, how can I get one now?
Key boxes may be won in a weekly stream.

Q: Who do we contact if there are items that belong to us that aren't recorded in the Item Record/if there is an item that no longer belongs to us in the record?
Send a PM to pterodactyl or Houndiless. I have been informed they are the ones updating the item archive.

Q: If a form was posted in the Catharsis Chamber v1 before v2 was released, will the Catharsis be completed on v1 lines if it wasn't addressed up until this point?
The new stage will be on V2 lines. If your form was one of the two cases, you should post a new form in the V2 catharsis chamber once the item book is updated.

Q: What if my flox is in the wrong place in the archive, not in there, need to be changed, etc.?
Send a PM to Lya for any changes regarding the archives.

Q: Can we breed two of your own flox?
Yes! You still need to post the sync-start post, though.

Q: Can we breed a gay couple?
Yes! But keep in mind, flox don't actually have sexes (but it's okay to say they do for the sake of cases like roleplaying).

1. The key box is a secret! Hold onto them!

I'm happy that flox are making their grand reappearance! <3
A little upset that now we have to pay for them to be animated, 'cause I'm absolutely broke and am not allowed to get anything along the range of DA points. //shot
But it's a good idea that there's a possibility this option will be avaliable in competitions for those who cannot afford it! ovo
