yeah lol my coding used to be awful, now it's prettyyyy decent i must say.

i joined in 2011, but started coding in 2012 i thinkkkk. yeah that's about right.

Uh, yeah i guess. I mean how can I not? Progress is progress and i'm pretty proud of all of it.
Granted, there's a BUNCH more to learn from others and more improvements to make,
but I guess there always will be.

Well, I joined in 2011 and almost immediately started roleplaying,
but I really got into coding in 2012 I think when I started to get into more literate
role plays and I saw the forms some people were making.

yes, to a certain extent i am. i'm pleased that i can do a little better than one large
image with black text centred underneath it, but i feel like i'm never happy with my
coding. there's always something i feel i could have done better, you know?

pff, well, technically since i joined, i guess. but i only got serious with it in late-ish 2013-ish.

also, i would like to nominate this perfect girly
tbh i think she deserves all the awards, but i'm gonna stick with the advanced coding one for now.

in my opinion.... well i'm sure everyone has roleplayed with thor at least once. i was given the pleasure of getting to do a one on one with her and she's amazing let me tell you that. thor's writing is one of a kind and brilliant (guys she makes me feel dumb ;v;), if you don't believe me you either don't know how to read or you're stupid because she is the bomb.com.

are you proud to see how far you have come in coding?
nope. lol. not at all. i don't think i improved. i wont say i wasted my time, but judging from what i did, nah.
i feel like it is just the general coding fad has changed directions, and we, as minions followed suit.
i don't think i was as fluent with html as i was in 2013. in fact, i feel i grew more dependent on images
(transparent/texts/character images) spending my time more on searching for the perfect image
and layout that appeals to the broad audience's ascetics. i feel i grew more absorbed into thinking what others
will feel about my coding rather than how my coding is itself.

that being said, i think coding has helped me, but i am not proud of my BBCode. i am proud of
my various graphic design projects and proud of how coding has trained me to visualize color
palettes from scratch. it's weird. i was never "great" at digital art. but i tried. and now i am
proud to hand out my resume and hang up my posters for events around the school.

i joined in 2011 (wow, how time flies) but began roleplaying in 2012 (maybe december of 2011), so
"officially" began coding in 2012. but in 2011, i did use colorful texts and things so.....


negativity aside, FT has some new freebie events and a design contest. so hope you guys enjoy!

nah. i feel like i'm being really original and then i turn around and 23456732 people have already used my idea. so then i'm back feeling super insecure and annoyed with myself because my coding no longer has anything special. real talk bc aurie is in a bad mood
i guess i've come a long way, but i wish i could improve to the point where my coding is so new and creative that you could pick it out on a roleplay thread and know i coded it. ya feel?

since i joined in 2010. so four, almost five years on cs.
but i was coding on gaiaonline before that, and then a different roleplay forum before gaia.
i'd say about six years of coding total. probably a little less, because i
m not sure if my coding on the first forum would count... cx
