We were just having that discussion, but I'm firmly behind not liking her...

I firmly disagree. Bella was, in every and any way possible, useless. Kelsey on the other hand is the only way to break the curse. Knowing this she goes ahead and helps them. She's brave enough to face everything they throw at her and she willingly sacrificed her life to help others, mainly Ren and Kishan and Mr. Kadam. She also said, at the end of the third book, if she died it would be worth it because at least she'd helped the boys regain some of their lives. Kelsey does not run away from danger like Bella did, she faces it.

You guys also seem to make it like Kelsey did everything wrong and the boys didn't do anything wrong. For one thing Ren pushed her away. Whether he was really conscious of the decision or not he pushed her away and she told him she wasn't coming back after she left. He shoved her away and she could only take so much. She went to Kishan, who accepted her openly, and when Ren switched back she didn't go back to him because he was the one who, ultimately, had hurt her the most. She wants so badly to be loyal to Kishan because she knows he wouldn't hurt her like Ren had.
She'll still end up with Ren, I'm pretty much positive of that.

How many of the books have you read?: Just the first so far.
Who's your favorite character and why?: I'd have to say Ren's General friend. He is very intriguing and we actually share many likes. XD also Fanindra. I love that useful slithery creature. Wish I had her. X)
Who's your least favorite character and why?: Hmm... im not very sure. I like about all due to their roles and my versatile mindset. Sometimes im in an evil mood and so I like the villain. XD
What was your reaction when you finished the first book?: I thought it was pretty good. I especially like the monkey city one and and when their in the temple. I must say those two were my fav parts.
Would you want to read the next few books coming out?: yeah. If I find a way to get them. X)
Any other questions, comments or concerns?: not really besides you spoiling the second book for me. At least you didn't tell me how he was tortured. XD lol. Do you guys think the second and third are worse or better then the first?
