I think it is too. But I would be surprised if it did, since it's an august 08.

August 08s will probably go rare soon because most of them are going to be rereleased this year and for more years after this, so I'd say they are eventually gonna go down a few rarities.

I know...and since I have two purples, I'm auctioning it off...I might just take Lunar's offer for the blue tox, but the purple is the rarest one, so I'd want to make it fair to me! ^^'
