Osha- Otters are just so precious. I adore them.

We have an aquarium down here that opened less than a yea ago that is Implementing Penguin, and otter Interactions. It hasn't been FULLY explained what would be included, as it's not opened yet.
But i just hope, so much, that at least the otter one would include being able to pet them.

Note, these are otters that were rescued when they were babies, and have been raised in captivity by these people. So, they're super friendly and 100% fine with being around humans.
Even when watching the enclosure, the few times i've been there, they've been cuddling up against their "Handlers"
So cute. <3

Haha! Got a new battery - So their lights are back on.

Just turned the lights on a few minutes ago, so they're mostly hiding - there are a couple out though





Quite happy with my plant growth, too. a month ago those were trimmings!


But with all that plant growth, i've really gotta move my Cowrie shell to another area to show it off a bit more.
It's my favorite decor piece in the tank haha.

For hides, there's the tree, the tree trunk, and a giant rock cave. In the back there's a small Viking helmet, and then behind the plants is a Tiki mask. It doesn't fit in with the decor - But it was one of my favorite bettas hidey hole - So wanted it in there. <3

Gonna be trimming them down a little bit and planing some more in the back right corner. I want this tank to be FILLED with plants haha.

@Tea I was actually thinking the same thing.

Once i get some Funds, after purchasing my Pleco + Bamboo
I may get some Java fern, or Amazon Sword plants. They grow nice and tall, so it'd fit in perfectly with the plants that are in there. Plus, they're a darker green so will add a bit of contrast.
and i may get some Anubias for the foreground, by the bamboo. Mostly because that's my favorite plant :p
