[Knuckles the Echidna]

Tigerfur: as a large wolf bounds up to me, I gesture to Pancham with a flat palm, telling her to stand down. The wolf peers up to me, and he's really cute. I thought this pack was supposed to be dangerous? I take a few steps back and avert my eyes, showing respect, I still need to be cautious about this.

Pancham: My fur bristles as what's clearly the alpha of the pack runs towards us. I begin to growl, but Tiger motions for me to stand down. I can't flatten my fur, though, there's something ruthless about this wolf, and as Tiger starts to go through the motions, I place myself directly in front of her, letting out a short howl to alert the rest of our group.

I looked out at the camp and observed the wolves actions and behavior. After noticing that we had mostly lost the element of surprise, I began to create a plan of attack. I knew that the wolves would probably come together because they would feel safer in larger numbers and be harder to capture, so we would probably have to find away to split up the wolves.

I look up at Tigerfur with gentle eyes and try to keep my fur lowered. I snarl at the other wolf, Pancham. I can't hold it anymore. My fur raises. I lock my eyes onto his and raise my chest, asserting dominance.

I race towards the howl, Xavier by my side. I see the alpha male. "That one is mine." I whisper. I crouch next to Tigerfur and hold out my hand for the wolf to sniff. "What's the plan, Tigerfur?" I ask. "did you find the camp?"


Wolf: Xavier~Gender: Male~Location: North part of Mt.~With: Pete,Tigerfur, Pancham~

I growl, fur also raised. I don't want to try to defy the alpha, but I can't help but to feel the need to be dominate.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

"Pancham doesn't trust this wolf, and neither do I." I start out. "He seems very... Cunning. This is the only wolf I've seen so far, but Pancham is acting a little strange now"

Pancham sniffed the air, still staring at the alpha. Her fur bristled as she realized the faint scent she smellt earlier was even stronger. The pack must've been nearby.

I creep towards the human. I know what they want. They want us. I won't let it happen I sniff the humans hand, still playing innocent.

I nod. I reach out to the wolf carefully, heeding Tigerfurs warning. As the wolf sniffs my hand I hear Xavier snarl. I shoot a glare at him. I move my hand to grab the wolfs scruff, and as soon as my hand brushes the fur there, the wolf snaps. It's massive jaws turn to latch around my arm. Xavier doesn't hesitate.

Wolf: Xavier~Gender: Male~Location: North part of Mt.~With: Pete,Tigerfur, Pancham~

I shut my mouth when Pete glares at me. I continue to stand ready for action. It almost happens in slow motion. I see the alphas muscles tense, and I know he is going to attack. I keep just as he opens his mouth. I body slam into him, managing to push him away so his teeth only graze Pete's arm. She screams, falling back. I wrestle with the wolf, but I'm not sure how long I can take him. Moments later, he howls. The rest of the pack is coming...

[requiem,]

Freedom-Forever:

I looked up as I hear a wolf howl. I race towards the sound, Thorn right behind me. I enter a clearing to see to wolves battling and Pete wounded. I go towards Pete, Thorn going towards the wolves. "What happened?" I ask Pete.

Thorn:

I watch the two wolves battling, hackles raised and alert for any other wolves coming. I hesitate whether or not to join the fight. After a while, I decided to wait and help Xavier if he needs me. I howl, calling to the others.

Xavier manages to get above me, but I am able to roll above him. The new human and wolf make me nervous. Where is my pack?

I grimace in pain. "Wolf got me. We have to get the others. The pack should be coming soon."

Wolf: Xavier~Gender: Male~Location: North part of Mt.~With: Pete,Tigerfur, Freedom, Thorn, Pancham~

The wolf pins me and goes in for my throat. I manage to get my feet under him and kick with all of my might. He falls backwards. I nod to Thorn, asking for assistance. I creep forward but stop dead in my tracks to see the rest of the pack rush up behind the alpha male.
