If I could say anything to any of the members without breaking down in tears and freaking out with the fact that they'd be standing in front of me I would want to thank them for sharing their talent and personality with us! I would also tell them how much they mean to me, since their music helped bring my boyfriend and I together and got me through rough days. I would finish off by hugging them and probably wouldn't let go until I get pried off and telling them that they restore my faith in humanity <3

If I met MCR I would just hug them all ^^
And I would thanks them for their amazing music and the big love and the legacy they left behind, and just for being awesome.
Then I would get them to sign something or get a picture so I can keep my happiness of meeting them foreveeerrr XD

I painted union Jacks on my fingernails once, so maybe I would be able to do some detailed MCR thing, but I don't have the right colours.... Hmph

If I met MCR I would give them the letter I wrote. Thanking them for pretty much saving my life and etc. I would want to hug them all, as much as I'd like to say I wouldn't cry- I would totally sob. I would want to thank Gee for being my inspiration for everything.
