I really get tired of the whole "art theft" crap on here... they never claimed it as their own or said that they drew it... its no different then most of the other banners i see on here made from random anime's, google pics, and CS pets... I think it was just a harmless thing, the fan just wanted to make something to show how much they love that piece. I do think that someone should ask permission before using something that isn't theirs (if possible), But i would go as far as to claim art theft when it is simply advertising the artist themselves. Granted i do not own the piece and it isn't my place to give the permission, but i don't see it as art theft. as long as people remember to ask permission from the person wo purchased the art, it should be fine... He or She will know for next time! ^_^
