On topic: Just to get the feel of this thread moving, who is your favorite antagonist?

Nightmare Moon. She had a backstory, a motivation for being evil, and had a pretty slick design. Not to mention the awesome fan music that has come out for Nightmare Moon, especially from Ponyphonic.

Chrysalis is a close second for the awesome design, songs, and Invasion of the Bodysnatchers-like plot of her episode(s), but she can't do nearly as much damage as Nightmare Moon can.

Discord's a fun character but I think he's a little overhyped. And Trixie has a nice design but is way way overrated and is a completely unlikeable character (which she was meant to be.) I'm pretty sure she's only as popular as she is because of Equestria Daily.

Anyways, my favorite antagonist is a tie between Chrysalis and Discord. Sombra is hilarious. At least the fannon version of him. NMM is pretty cool too though. I just don't like Luna very much. Celestia is the best princess.

My favourite anatagonist would have to either be Nightmare Moon or Discord. Nightmare Moon was beaitiful, had a great reason, and was tranformed into Princess Luna. Discord I found funny, he did have a reaon also, but not as good as Nightmare Moon, his chaos I found funny, and he looks cool.
