Ta-naro (squirreltail) is as fiery as her pelt would imply, if not even more so. Even though the molly is a kittypet by her origin she has accustomed to the life of a feral cat quite well. So well that many don't know of it unless she brings it up. She tends to do before thinking that has gotten her in trouble more than once.

Beon (birchpatch), compared to his mate, Beon is a much more mellow fellow. Unlike Ta-naro who would rather spend her time doing things that get the adrealime pumping in her weins Beon has found himself enjoying much more calming activities, such as tamimg their fierce children. Some may wonder how these two cats ever became mates in the first place. "Opposite attracts", is what either of them say whenever anyone inquires more about it, while sharing knowing gazes between each other.

Hapu (silverkit) has come more to her mother than than her demeanor may give. She is always getting herself in trouble whenever no one is watching (or even if someone is). She doesn't seem to get along with her brother that much. Prefering to spend her time with other kits instead.

Mentu (alderkit) is a timid critter that is more scared of his own shadow than it is of him. He prefers to spend most of his time with his father instead of playing with the other kits. But this is easily blamed to how sickly Mentu had been after birth. Even if Mentu finds life to be hard he still never ceases to have his streak of optimism eith him.

personalities: almondfur is a very sweet, gentle she-cat. she's a little shy, but very protective of her single kit, cherrykit, and once she warms up them, to her new clanmates as well.
dusknose is a goofy guy who is very caring. he's the more outgoing of the mated pair, and he is generally a very pleasant cat. he loves his family a lot (a lot!!), and he is very hardworking to provide for them and his clan.
cherrykit is only one moon old as of now, but will likely grow up to a spunky, rebellious cat as a result of her sometimes overbearing parents. but, she'll still have a heart of gold under her prickly exterior.

Lionpaw is a bubbly, optimistic apprentice who can be seriously clumsy but tries not to let it get him down. He can be quite cheeky and giggly, and often has fits of laughter that he just cannot stop.

create-a-clan announcement

hi everyone! as you may know, create-a-clan staff has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you new features of the game. today, we would like to introduce two new features. the create-a-clan store, and camp repairs.

the store consists of everything a clan would want or need - prey and herbs. we've also included our newest gameplay feature, camp repairs. camp repairs work as follows:
- every five posts, your dens will begin to deteriorate. you will need to gather supplies to repair them. your mod will roll for what items you recieve to help patch up your den!

although, some dens are a higher priority than others. warriors and apprentices can deal with a winter chill, but you don't want your kits or leaders getting sick.

nonetheless, if dens are not kept up, you may risk lives in the process. the items used to repair the dens depend on what kind of camp and territory your clan is in. please discuss your camp and territory with your moderator so that you get the appropriate items!

now, we had to save the best for last. after nearly a year of being in the works, CAC staff would like to announce the launch of our store! here, you may purchase herbs, prey and specialty items with in-game currency referred to as pebbles. pebbles are awarded with every post, and you have a chance of getting more when you set out on a patrol. with every clan post, you will earn four pebbles or tokens. your mod is able to roll if you find any extra currency on a patrol using flavor text. the CAC staff is giving all members a complimentary 20 pebbles due to the store opening!

i will also be holding a raffle that will be drawn next sunday. (may 12th) there will be three winners, with the items listed below!

1 - cat ticket, three 3 servings prey
2 - dragon cassia, three 2 servings prey
3 - queen's pepper, three 1 servings prey

what are cat tickets? cat tickets are a type of item that allow you to claim any breed of your choice. this includes usually banned breeds, like munchkins, lykois, et cetera. for now, cat tickets cannot be bought and are only awarded by a moderator during a special event.

what's a dragon cassia? or the queen's pepper? these are specialty herbs! they mainly focus on giving your clan an advantage, like ensuring no deaths during birth or on a patrol. please look at the specialty section of the store to learn more about all six specialty herbs!
