Honestly same,, he's super jerky and then the part where fireheart blows up on him with the rabbit/dogs/tigerstar thing and him saving fireheart that one time and sincerely seeming somewhat worried abt him and just,, him in general

longtail has always been my all time favourite character, even from the outset.
i found him super interesting and his eventual friendship with firestar - although fleetingly presented in the books - to be really endearing. im incredibly sad he got pushed to the side in the books following firestars quest because he was, and still is, one of my favourites. im really just a sucker for redemptions, although i think longtail was different. he was never really a villain, but he was led into the wrong crowd, and it took firestar and tigerstar showing his true colours to snap him out of that.
either way - i love longtail too. in my opinion, he’s really underappreciated, so it’s nice to see some love for him here, <3

Got Raging Storm Monday, finished in between 3-4 hours (maybe less)
It was horrible to say the least. Probably named after the raging storm in everybody's minds?
Tigerstars',Twigbranchs', and Finleaps' personalities COMPLETELY change. Tigerstar is turning into another Tigerstar, arrogant, power hungry, etc. Twigbranch is suppose to be sweet, but she's yelling at Flypaw who has only been an apprentice for 3 days? Finleap really really really wants kits, and he thinks Twigbranch doesn't love him because she doesn't?
I wanted to rip the pages tbh.

On the other side, I really enjoyed the whole Juniperclaw thing.
Otherwise it was 1/10 tbh.

So my mum recently ordered me the newest Warriors book, which is fine, however... I’ve not read any of these books since the first one with Alderpaw and Sparkpaw. Anyone willing to DM me to help me catch up on what’s happened? I don’t know how much or how many books I’ve missed and I don’t really want to buy them yet.
