@Sasha~Chibi- Alright here we go! Your drawing is very cute but even if you go for a cartoonish style, anatomy is still very important.

Starting with the red line over the original- basically, your snout/muzzle was not long enough, even though you think it is too long. Horses have reeeally long faces. Otherwise, that joke of the guy who tells the horse "why the long face?" wouldn't work (har-har attempt at humor). The cheek is way too far back, and so is the chin. The mouth should not open past the chin. You already have the basic horse head shape down- flat on top, on the bottom theres the bump for the chin, flat, then a bump thing for the cheek. Now you just have to proportion them correctly. Your neck is also a bit thin and horses cannot move their head inwards toward their neck that much, so I'd move the neck back or the head out a little bit.
Next, the red horse face on the top right. I did that to show the muscles, which you asked for help on. I kind of did basic outlines of the major muscles. For example, the neck normally has three distinct lines on it- especially the lowest one. The head is a lot of flat planes, because the muscles are not very thick. But between the chin/mouth and the cheek, there are some important muscles (two that you can normally see easily under the skin) that move the jaw. Large muscle for nostrils, muscles for the eyelids, muscles around mouth, etc.. I suggest looking up some horse muscle diagrams for more detail and accuracy ^u^
Below that is the purple skull. I included the skull to show one thing in particular- your horse has too many teeth. Horses have a row of incisors at the way front, but between that and the molars in the back, there is nothing (on some horses, some "wolf" or canine teeth in between, but only ever one pair on the top and bottom that are small, but those you wouldn't be able to see anyways). So if a horse had its mouth open very wide (like
this horse yawning), you would only see the incisors and then just gums- no teeth.
Below the skull is just a basic horse sketch since you asked for help with the rest of the body. This is what I use- I start with the green one, as a really basic horse skeleton, where the circles are joints and the lines are bones (the big circle is the ribs), then flesh it out with the red. Some things to note- the blue lines are showing that certain things are at the same height when the horse is standing. The withers (top of the shoulders) should be at the same height as the top of the hindquarters. The elbow of the horse (right at the stomach) should be at the same height as the knee (also at the stomach, in the back). Same for the joints in the middle, and the joints on the bottom of the legs.
Lastly, some sketchy "cartoony" heads. Something being "cartoony" has some sort of exaggerated feature- whether it be really small limbs and a big head, or shortening/lengthening something in the body. However, the proper anatomy can still be there. Even though the face is shortened, the mouth still does not go past the chin, the cheek doesn't go too far into the neck, etc..
And I think that's it. I hope this helped you ^u^ as always I suggest looking at lots of reference images/videos for skeletons, muscles, whatever else, even if you aren't doing it in a realistic style. You already have a great start, so I think with a bit of adjusting, it will look awesome ouo
