If someone doesn't officially accept or refuse your commission and doesn't back to you about it for a while, is it okay to spend the points somewhere else or should you just keep waiting (even for months) until they get back to you about it? When is it appropriate to forget about it?
Well, this might be just me, but I'll give both side of my opinion (yeah, its weird).
On one side, I say spent the points elsewhere. If they don't have the time or respect to give you a four word response then they probably don't have the time to do your commission. Besides, many artist ask for payment before they start, so if they haven't asked for payment they probably aren't doing it (I know there are rare cases of artist asking for it after they finish, but if that is the case then move onto my next point!)
On the other side, there is nothing wrong in saving those points. After all, worst come scenario is that they don't ever finish your commission and you at least have points saved (in case you need them for an emergency.).
In total, I just say save your points. Nothing wrong with saving! ^o^
@HP Fan Good luck getting those points!
@Everan Aww, I look forward to ordering!
@KiPotato As TPD said, I'm liking the different methods of payment! ^o^
@Jean. Congrats on the co-ownership!
