Since the Halloween event has officially started, I'm adding all the artists to make special Halloween WtDs, which will be unnumbered!! ^^

Apart from that, the WtDs limit is being slightly raised until our community holds a few more members ^^ all uswrs can now own up to 8 WtDs, while staff can own up to 10!!
