Are you asking how to use the potion itself or have you only bought the recipe? I haven't seen a potion for sale yet. But if you're referring to the recipe, then you must teach the recipe to an Alchemist, gather the materials, and then have the Alchemist craft the potion.

If you have a herbalist, click on their career and you'll have plot type boxes. When you click on them your list of seeds shows up to plant.
