Usually, episodes come out once a week(Give it a day or two for subbing).
According to AnimeUltima, it comes out on the 20th, so it should be around 20-22nd.

If it sticks to the schedule, It should come out every friday =3

Any ongoing anime has a set day of the week to be released.
It's usually aired in Japan then put on the internet as raw(no subs), then fansubs take a day or two to sub it.
Kuroshitsuji comes out every friday, it seems lol.
