The Prompts:
1. How did Sprout & Drizzle meet?
2. How did they realize what they meant to each other?

Meet Drizzle (left) and Sprout (right), two wonderful cats who are here to
remind you of a love often forgotten; not one of romance or blood but one
of choice. Though they came from different walks of life, Drizzle and their
close companion Sprout formed a fast and lasting bond. Thanks to their
deep understanding and trust of one another, Drizzle and Sprout have the
unique ability to find an extra item of prey or lower the chance of
predator encounters while hunting or patrolling together. When training
together, their apprentices will automatically succeed at learning new
skills and if both of them are on a battle patrol they are more likely to
survive. Keep in mind that these powers only work when Drizzle and
Sprout are not only in the same clan but also doing the same activity. If
they are ever separated or become romantically involved they will lose
their powers. Drizzle and Sprout may have any relationship dynamic so
long as they are not romantically involved or blood related (ie. friends,
adopted siblings, adopted parent and child). They may also be of any
gender and may adopt clan names so long as they maintain the root of
their old names. Any decedents of Drizzle or Sprout that inherit their
powers will find that said powers only activate after they form a deep
bond with another cat with whom they are not related or romantically
involved with. They may only bond in a power-enabling way with one
cat over their lifespan and must work with their bond-mate in the way
Drizzle and Sprout work together to gain the benefit of their powers.

The most important love you could ever experience is the love of a mother. Many mothers would put their lives on the line to save their children and keep them safe. Cider (top) is no exception. From the moment Smithy (bottom) was born in the center of an old apple orchard, Cider's life became about protecting him. When the Orchard became too dangerous to stay, Cider took her son and set off to find a new home, eventually coming across the Clans. When together on patrols, no harm will come to Smithy or any future kits Cider has, Cider will also catch an extra x2 pieces of prey. If Cider is in the nursery when the camp is attacked, no harm will come to the litters inside the nursery. However, the only downside to Cider's unbreakable love for her son is that if Smithy and her are on a patrol together and he is attacked, Cider will die in his place if the mod rolls for a death. All of Cider's powers will cancel out if Smithy and her are separated
