How do you come up with names for viscets you own or are trying out for?
Usually a name just pops out at me, but if that doesn't happen, I try searching on different websites for a name with the right "feeling." It's a pretty random "process" of finding a name. I sometimes get names from books too- Memphis is the last name of a character in a book I read.

How do you come up with names for viscets
you own or are trying out for?
Well, it just depends. Sometimes, a name will
just come to me. Sometimes I go looking for one. And
sometimes, I'll ask for opinions or I'll already have one.
Like Autumn was named after my cat we put down, so
her name was more of a tribute.

hey guys, I apologise for not being as active as I'd like to be. I'm pretty sure I mentioned this before, but my hard drive failed in my main computer so I've been stuck with my virus ridden backup computer. I'm able to use my art program and edit posts with ease, but I can't do much else. I should be getting it back within the week, but I'm not sure.

I'm here to announce a lil plan I have once Tyramet's breeding cooldown is up on the 18th of July. I'd like to plan a few IN CHARACTER breedings. I'm not looking for a mate for him, but he's looking to populate the world with his demon children.

He'll be looking for strong, independent females who can raise the child. (aka I'll be giving you first pick and if you don't want the bab, and I don't connect either, we can gift it/put it UFA) so if your viscet is more of the innocent type, he won't really be interested, ladies. I'm sorry! :c

it's part of the referral/stubs thing. When you refer someone through your signature, or a friend, if they mention your name on the main thread then you'll get stubs. Enough stubs equal a custom, so a lot of people do this to try and get customs. It's a long and hard process tho.

How do you come up with names for viscets you own or are trying out for?
With names like Strawberry, Pumpkin and Tamale it would seem like my inspiration is found from food. Tbh though when I look at a viscet the name usually just "clicks". With Swift, it was immediate - Strawberry I went through a couple names including Lotus before determining that Strawberry (paired with her quirk) was more befitting. Autumn.. I mean she's soft browns and I love that name. Mabel I thought on, I googled "beautiful" as a name meaning and found Mabel. Gustav's - well that just came to me - I was like "Not naming him Gaston" and it turned to Gustav. Jase.. Jase I had a few name choices and I asked my husband and Strudel which ones they liked best and Jase was the answer.

So basically it either comes to me or I do some name googling. c:

alright, here we go.

Mostly, I look up words for something. Naien means inner flame, which is fitting because of her mane. Impari means odd one, which is fitting because of his nature. Sabaku means desert, was was fitting due to her sandy colors. Zíyòu translates to free, which fit well with his story. Tonbo means dragonfly, which fits with her design and the song I was listening to when I designed her. Tau is a term used in physicis that honestly just stuck with me, haha.

There are others that just sound pretty and I feel really suit the design. Ahkema was going to be Alkema, but I though Ah suited her better. Raven was actually going to be named Karasu, but I felt like Raven just flowed perfectly as it was. Kazim just kind of stuck with me when I saw her design. Amaris was a struggle, but I got some help and chose a Spanish name for her.

Now for the fun ones.
Xikami got her name when I was thinking of the Japanese word for bear, Kuma. I began to twist and turn letters, combined it with the Japanese word for wolf, and then made a few adjustments. In the end, the way the name flowed was just right and so I went with it.
Zxunre was a bit more of a challenge. I saw him first at school during lunch and knew I wanted him to have an extremely unique name. I spent the last two periods working with it. The process started with my friend picking two letters (Z and e) then me working around to fill in the rest. Finally, I felt that Zxunre had the perfect ring to it and went with it. (The second place name, Jupiter, becoming his nickname)
Xuikcho was actually a name I had fixed in my mind for a long time. I don't remember how I came up with it, but I do remember that when I saw her design the name was the first one that popped into my mind.
Yvitei was originated from the Pokemon Yvetals name. I loved how the beginning of the word sounded and so twisted if from there. Tei means a lot of things, but the one meaning that caught me the most was "respect for elders/harmony among siblings." After reading that, I decided that it was perfect. So yeah, Yvitei is a mixture of a legendary Pokemon of death and harmony among siblings/respect.
Raika was kind of an "on the whim" name. I was driving home from camping when I saw and was able to keep her and totally freaked out. I knew I wanted her name to start with an R, then my tendancy to lean towards the i/e sounds struck. Her name was originally going to be Reika, but my friend said Raika on accident and it just stuck. After spelling it Raika several times on accident, I decided to go for it c:

Most of my names either mean something or are a twisted jumble of letters that give a cool ring that matches the Viscets personality. I love to make creative or crazy names and often jar some up for no reason at all. C:

I usually use songs to find them. Like for Thriller, it was clearly inspired by one of my favorite Micheal Jackson songs. I use song lyrics sometimes too, because sometimes it inspires me to come up with a name of my own.
Also, it just sometimes clicks with me. <3

Hi everyone, I am kind of having an awful day, I've already had two panic attacks and just cannot manage to calm down. Thus I'm taking art requests to help myself feel better. It'll only be headshots since I am not very good at anything else though. So yeah, if you want one just let me know. I can't promise it'll be any good but I'll try none the less. These are free by the way, I just want something to do that'll help me settle down.

Here's an example of my headshots if anyone wants to see. I know it's not great but I am hoping to get better with practice.





The one bright part of my day is that Tristan aged and he's even cuter now than he was as a viscling. He's open to friend if anyone might have an interested viscet. As for personality, well he's a lot like Kirin. Hyperactive, overly friendly and obsessive. XD
