My island was named beach for nostalgia's sake (my first ever village was called beach because I misunderstood the question, haha-)

My starter fruit is cherries (yes! First try! Cherries is the only fruit I for some reason couldn't manage to get in new leaf so I'm super excited about that-)

And my starter characters were Canberra and Antonio (Not sure how I feel about Canberra but loving Antonio!)

Hello thread! I could have sworn I've posted here before but I guess not as it's not in My Posts!

Like so many I'm super excited for New Horizons and dove right in. My Island is named Besaid after an island in FFX with one of my favorite chill beats. B) Aaa @Daisyfang, I ALSO have cherries, Antonio, and Canberra!

I've been going crazy hoarding bugs and fish for the future museum while working on racking up bells and miles. I think I'm going to design some clothes today!

Oh sweet! I'm currently doing my best to gather fish and bugs, and also I've been trying to gather iron nuggets but there's just no rocks?? On my island?? Anywhere?? I can't find a single one, and I don't think I can keep going to other islands for those materials often..

Sounds ridiculous, but to rocks grow back? ;;

I've heard rocks do respawn! From what I've read on reddit it appears to be one a day, with a maximum of six rocks on your island, but take that with a grain of salt as we're still learning.

Be careful, if you eat fruit you may accidentally break a rock instead of harvesting the usual materials from it!

Yeah, that's where all my rocks went ;; I'm gonna be more careful from now on!

Pfft, my boyfriend didn’t break his rocks but had horrible luck getting iron. He couldn’t even get 10 by himself. I had to farm not only 30 for myself but also 27 for him.

I was able to get the clay in order to craft an ocarina, and I got two new recipes, one when I fished up an empty can, and another when I dug up a Manila clam. Not sure what Fish Bait does yet. Spoilers below

If you haven't found a Manila clam, dig on the beach in the little spots that shoot out water, that's where the Manila clams hide. If Gulliver is on your island, you might also find his communicator parts

at 59k bells so far, and I have cherries, my native fruit is apple, ive got coconuts, i have my house, blathers is upgrading his tent, nook and cranny is coming and im going to pay of my 98kb loan!
