Season six; world stars is the manga/check it out on tumblr (or wherever you can find it) if you haven't seen it yet.
season seven; world twinkle, is the supposed new anime season that's supposed to come out.

I think what they meant was...

The so-called Season 6 is World Stars, which is only the Manga of World Twinkle
There is no anime YET for World Stars and it will be called World Twinkle instead of World Stars because Hima-papa decided to change stars to twinkles...

I believe so... It's usually first comes the manga, then comes the anime, right?
Or sometimes the other way around... ._.

But if you think about it, the song 'Twinkle twinkle little star' has the word star and twinkle...
So after seeing a 'Beautiful World', it 'Twinkles' like stars...
If that makes any sense...

But the anime probably won't come out for quite a while, since the manga is still in process
