I'll try to read it but I have to finish this goddamned review on Africa for my test tomorrow as well as a binder check which are two major grades and geeze I'm stressing -_-

All I've got on hand at the moment is a personality I wrote for a roleplay. Not my best work, but here she is;

Gray is a very outgoing and outspoken person. She enjoys making friends, approaching random people, carrying conversations, and generally being social. She isn't afraid to share her opinions, even if they're usually not what the majority approves of. Gray doesn't discriminate, and she's a very loyal person. She's there whenever you need her, and she makes a good shoulder to cry on; as long as you're not looking for advice. Gray is horrible at helping people with their problems and offering solutions and advice. You might as well ask your five year old little brother, seeing as her answer will be just as random and uneducated. She dedicates all her time and thought towards living an upbeat and happy life, and she tends to steer clear of problematic situations, so she doesn't have much life experience when it comes to those kinds of things. Gray likes to help in whatever way she can, though, and she solves her bad advice giving problem by simply being a good listener. Well, not really a good one. But she tries, and that counts, right? Gray's not the most patient of people, so usually, when someone starts ranting about their problems, she'll try extremely hard to listen and be attentive before losing interest, interrupting, and going off on some random tangent about animal rights and who the next president should be and whether or not gays and lesbians should be allowed to get married.
Gray also doesn't know when to stop talking. Once she starts, it's pretty hard to get her to shut up. Occasionally, she'll pipe down for just long enough that someone else can put their opinion in, but once they've spoken, she'll be right back at it, tearing away at the subject matter as ferociously as before. It's probably a good thing that she's generally pretty humorous and interesting; if she was boring, poor Gray would have no friends. The people that are her friends - which she swears will one day be the whole planet - have to get used to this spunky girl's talkative manner, but once they do, most people come to love it. Then again, she's also hated by a lot of people because she can never seem to calm down. Gray can sometimes be a little bit intimidating, especially to new people. She can come across as almost a little too friendly, the kind of person who you think might be faking it to get something out of you. Gray isn't like that at all, but she's also too oblivious to realize that some people think that of her.
She isn't the brightest bulb, either. She doesn't have a lot in the way of school smarts, common sense, or street smarts. In fact, she's just average in all of them, and below average in school smarts. Gray especially struggles with reading, because of her dyslexia. She's a slow reader and writer and often gets laughed at and made fun of for it. When she's being teased, she can sometimes manage to turn it around and make it seem deliberate, but not all the time. While she doesn't admit it, the teasing gets to her sometimes, but she'd never go to extremes like cutting or suicide. Gray will brood over it for an hour or two, but after that, she'll bounce back, as hyper, happy, and full of life as ever. As for common sense, she's got a little, but not enough. She's the kind of person who will take the long and hard way, without even realizing there was an easy way to do something. Most of the time, Gray doesn't even notice, unless someone points out her blunder. Her street smarts are also a little less than par. She can be incredibly paranoid, but that causes her to jump at every stray noise and shadow, more so when she's on her own. Apparently, she never learned that if you look strong and well put together when walking alone at night, no one will bother you. Instead, she just prefers to screech and run away at anything even remotely scary.

So, I've been working on a story for a while now, and I was wondering if anyone could critique it for me. Not little things like grammer, sentence structure and stuff like that, but things like dialog, characters, etc. It's my own take on Robin Hood and a few or the legends associated with him. Well, I've received one rejection letter so far as well as another letter asking me to redirect through an email. My hopes are still high though! I haven't heard from the other three as of yet. Perhaps it's the query letter? Only one of them actually wanted me to send in a chapter synopsis and a chapter or two. Hopefully the query letter interests them enough. The plot line for my book may seem a little weird if you don't actually look inside. o3o
