We aren't meaning anything against anyone at all, I love all of the artists here as well as the guest artists now and in the past, I think they are all wonderful <3 I just wish that Char didn't have to cut it so short is all.

Nobody said anything bad about the other artists?
For me personally, I think Char is an amazing artist and I would love to see her become a permanent artist because she has awesome talent.
There's nothing against the other artists with saying that. Nobody is saying char should replace them. I think char would be a wonderful addition to the much talented team
I don't think there's anything wrong with recognizing someone's awesome art?

With each guest artist stepping down, a new one gets to have their chance at leaving their mark on the species.
I know it's sad to see Char leave as an artist, but she's just paving the way for the next artist! Who knows who'll be next?
Isn't that exciting?

I have nothing against recognizing how nice someone's work is, I'm just saying that the permanent staff might feel a little under appreciated for the work they do year round when a guest artist who's only been here a short time is getting so much praise.

Jay, I really understand and respect your way of thinking, but:

Guest artists get their own perks and have a chance of becoming a perminant member of the team if people fall in love with their designs.

If we go after what you say, there will never be any guest artists who will get the chance to become a permanent member of the team, I find that to be very sad! I really think Char deserves it!

The Team means The Staff.
While it would be nice to have char join us permanently, it's unlikely for the time being.

At the moment, I know Horsy isn't looking to hire more permanent artists to the team, which is why we've been actively choosing new guests artists to take on short terms as staff.
Yes, they may have a chance at becoming permanent in the future, but not anytime soon.

I'm just asking that you take the feelings of our current permanent team into account, we've mentioned it before how they feel when people talk like this about taking new staff.

Yeah I understand as well as not every Ga can become an artist, but like it was quoted, they still do have a shot at a permanent spot if we love their designs, which we sure do <3

I've been trying to get noticed to be a GA for awhile, maybe I can get in one day. I do think it's awesome there have been more GAs lately though. I just love seeing all the different styles everyone has.

I'd like to point out it says the GA will become a member of the team (staff) If people (fanclubbers) fall in love with their designs. I think it may have been misread.

I think it's sad that we are being restricted from appreciating a guest artist, and wanting to see more of their designs. It has nothing to do with our current artists. We appreciate them so much too! There's just nothing wrong with wanting to see more designs from someone.
